Refund, Cancellation & Renewal Policy — BCT Social LLC

At BCT Social LLC, we invest significant time, expertise, and resources into every project and campaign. To ensure fairness, transparency, and operational efficiency, this Refund, Cancellation & Renewal Policy outlines the conditions under which services may be cancelled, renewed, or disputed.


1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to BCT Social LLC are strictly non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Setup fees, campaign development, design, and strategy services.

  • Monthly retainers, consulting sessions, and CRM or automation setup costs.

  • Any partial or milestone payments once work has begun.

Because each project engages staff time, tools, and digital assets immediately upon activation, refunds cannot be issued after onboarding or campaign initiation.


2. Minimum Contract Term

All client agreements require a minimum commitment of ninety (90) days.
This timeframe ensures that strategies have sufficient duration for implementation, testing, optimization, and measurable results.


3. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or discontinue services:

  • Clients must provide written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended cancellation date.

  • All cancellation requests must be sent by email to support@bctsocial.com with the subject line: “Service Cancellation – [Your Company Name]”.

  • Clients remain responsible for all fees and services rendered during the 30-day notice period.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in continued billing until the cancellation is properly processed.


4. Automatic Renewal

Unless written cancellation notice is received at least thirty (30) days before the current contract term ends, all service agreements will automatically renew for an additional ninety (90)-day term at the existing rate.

This renewal structure ensures uninterrupted marketing, CRM, and campaign performance. Clients will receive advance reminders of upcoming renewals via email.


5. Non-Payment and Account Suspension

If payment is delayed or declined:

  • BCT Social LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate services immediately until the account is brought current.

  • Access to ongoing campaigns, platforms, or deliverables may be suspended during the delinquency period.

  • A reactivation fee may apply once payment is received.


6. Exceptions

Refunds or billing adjustments will be issued only in cases of verified duplicate charges or administrative errors.
Requests for such reviews must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the charge.


7. Agreement

By submitting payment, signing a proposal, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & Renewal Policy in its entirety.
